You didn't add the module that yo u used, right click on Form1 and add a module :).

Look on your second picture, don't you see that there is the same variable declared two times:

Dim DDINFDTCH as long
Dim DDINFDTCH as long

You must change one of them, and of course all the code that used that variable.
If I were you I would do a new module...
