Hey i was browsing the web when i found this awesome site it is called paint.net go there and click on paint.net to download...
it is free so if it says buy it is wrong site.
From paint.net you can draw,bulge in or out,spiral,water reflection,use many texts,blur,emboss,and even change colors without painting it.
www.paint.net there are also way more effects you can download at paint.net's plugins section!!
