there is no pubic D3D yet

Nice but add a background to it,than it would look better :)
You could do that with DrawRect,I made my Background black but u can change the color or what else u want...

I dont have it, but it shouldn't be difficult to do.
The most difficult should be superjump if you want to put a "textbox" to input the jump value. But for all the others is simple.
