I dont believe ive recently posted a testimonial, i looked. But if i have feel free to delete this one and leave the old one.
As a video editor for Dxt i had access to all the latest and newest hacks before they came out, as well as everything the members had.
My personal opinion of the hacks, customer service, community interaction etc is as follows and will be addressed in sections.
Hacks in General:
Overall the hacks were awesome, everytime i started the game i knew without a doubt i was in for some ownage. Ive used pubs before, ive hung around other sites, and never have i seen such quick updates. Not only that but the features were actually usable, i know some features are not used by many members. But i cannot think of one hack i didnt use at least once. None of it filler, all 100% painstakingly chosen hacks, created by the one and only Dxt Team, to Enable you to make the opposing team into a pack of sniveling babies.
Customer Service:
Like i said in the above section i have been to other sites, And i do know when you are nothing but a member you do have some sort of admiration for the admins as well as the mods. They are almost celebrities, i least thats how i kind of looked at it. And to talk to someone whom , you use something they made. Well its kinda cool. Its important for any site that creates something for users to use to have a well laid member foundation. And by that, i mean having members who have been there since day one, sure some will come and go, but they have been there from the beginning and not once has their allegiance wavered. The reason for this is return business. The interaction they had with the Admins, Members and other Staff, was one of a welcoming, helpful , and fun nature. When their problem was solved, they sat back and said "Wow, just wow". That should be an experience all members should have.
Well i ask you, look around, browse the other testimonials, forums. And tell me you do not see exactly that. This has not changed, yes the Admins, and coders and Staff have lives, yes they may get impatient at times, but they are people as well. And if you have patience at one of your true virtues, you will be generously rewarded. The customer service here at Dxt is bar none, and you will not get the personalized attention you get here anywhere else.
The community Interaction:
I briefly touched on this above but i will elaborate a slight bit more. The community here is so tight nit it is almost awe inspiring sometimes. Yes some people do not like other people, but thats rare and few between. Besides not everyone is going to like everyone. That being said, i never encountered a situation where a fledgling dxt member asked for help in the proper way and no more than 20 people jumped at the chance to help in any way they could. Even if only an Admin could really help them, they would try at least. And they didnt do this to gain recognition, they didnt do this for a high post count. They simply wanted to help, and thats what matters.
Dxt is a team, When anyone says "Oh its Dxt i know them".
Dxt is all of you, you make this possible, members, vips, staff, coders. All of you collectively make Dxt the place it is today, without you DXT would be nothing.
Dxt will go through evolutions just like anything sentient being. It will change , morph and continue this process through life, but it will always be for the better. Trust me , Im a Doctor. ;)
