You can make a folder on your comp.i made a folder named "Web Page".Then load the server and choose the directory were your folder is and start the server.
To see your web page,goto http://Localhost:99 ,and if you want others to see it they would use your ip like this example http:24.422.34.3.99
Make sure you have something in your web page folder or you wont see anything on your webpage.
I used a .html file,they are easy to make and you use notepad to make em.
