Help Installing please

I just downloaded SA SEA and it wont install to my pc or my dads pc.
In the installation it says
Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. this could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

This is probably why it's not working. Check the requirements on the site and see if it matches yours .

my system meets all the requirements. and i've also tried re downloading the whole game and setting up again. no luck. It's got me stuffed whats wrong.
I've also turned off firewall .. no good :[
