You click the "Buy VIP" button at the top of the page and then you select the CF Forum VIP Access, the months you want, and click Order and then choose your payment method.

Yes the latest hacks for Crossfire is working and visible in the VIP download section when purchased and activated. And if that or any other VIP hacks get patched the coder usually will update it the same day.
