vb2008 crosshair

hey ive made a crosshair on visual basics 2008!! finally but when i try to use it on crossfire or soldier front or ava ect the actuaul crosshair doesnt stay on top
p.s. i want it for when i use my sniper :o any help??? i even tried searching on youtube!!!

ok i got a virus scan now its with malware bytes anti malware but im not sure what to do with it its a word pad thing and its too long to put on here i think.

I think it should be x = 0
y = 0, is it?

actually if hes using an image it should be about x=15 y=15 cause the center of the image doesn't go to the center of the screen the bottom left does if im not mistaken

soz im only a beginner i just wanted to try it thnx ill try to realine it but how do i make it so i dont click on it and minimise the game im playing? and get rid of the back ground? soz 4 so many questions!!
