Well I'm here to make the Signature making tutorial as DXT- Cobra asked so here it is hope you understand feel free to ask any questions.
How to make a descent signature:
Step 1.open up photoshop.Any one is fine, but I use photoshop cs4 extended.
Step 2. Go to file>> new and type in the numbers and setting all as you see in this screen shot I took myself :)

Step 3. Choose any color you want, click on the Paint Bucket Tool, and then click on the stripped or white box in photobucket u can get to it by right clicking the gradient tool & pressing the paint bucket tool.

Step 4. Decide what you want the signature to say. then click the horizontal tool by clicknig on it or by pressing T on your keyboard. Select the area in which you want to type in & continue to type it in and press enter when done.
For example: i want mine to say dxt4life

Step 5. Decide which picture you want to use now and if you already have it saved on your computer open it up in photoshop OR you can find a link online and copy the image by right click>>copy image.
For example: i will be using an image on the internet so i go to google and find this picture:http://img57.imageshack.us/i/srgbi3.png/ and i copy it.
But i only want the one with the wallhack (lol) so you go to photoshop go to file>>new and just press ok the paste the image you have copied or opened up. Select the pollygon lasoo tool which can be selected by right clicking on the lasoo tool( the 3rd button in your little tollbar at the left side of your screen). after you select the pollygon lasoo tool you can just click on the part or parts you want in your signature, once you ahve selected something press control(ctrl) and C on you keyboard to copy it then go back to your signature tab and press control(ctrl) and V to paste it on your signature. you can then move it around to have you want it placed.

Step 6.Now you get to select the patterns you want on your signature.
you can do that by pressing the brush tool and then under the tab where it says edit file blah blah blah it sohudl say BRUSH and ahve a little arrow pointing down... press that and select the patters or designs you want, then just click on the signature on where you want it to appear.

Step 7. Go to Layer( in the file/edit/tools part) and find where it says "FLATTEN IMAGE" make sure you do that so you can save it as a jpeg

Step 8. To save it go to File>> Save as AND SAVE IT AS A JPEG!!! so you can actually upload it and save it to anywhere you like as long as you remember where it is :)
