huh? If it's a tut you want, I've never been good at teaching people this, I can't even teach a friend that lives like a block away from me.

All I have to say is just play around with all the effects. Theres countless effects on PS that do alot of awesome things. Play around with the brightness + contrast. Also try playing around with layer effects.



and no prob on the brushpack, if you want a message board/game (noone really plays the game) with alot of good graphics people, just PM me and I'll give you a link.

Filters ---> pixelate ---> mosaic

then

filters ----> sharpen ----> sharpen more


then

*optional*

dupe + linear dodge top layer at about 10%
