Skins can't really get patched, because it does not add an advantage to make your gaming easier.

BTW I don't think the GMs care if you use skins or not. 95% Sure they don't care what skins you put on ur SA

Use Google or make your own La?

I've watched so many tuts on how to skin on SANA but none have actually worked. Sad now : (
