can someone show me how to make sigs

ok im new to making sigs so can someone show me how to make a sig plz .
if i get really good then i could probably make sigs for others so help me out plz!:D

Ok well first you need Photoshop CS 2 or 3. I think you already have that. Then go on to google.com and search some photoshop tutorials. Also go to deviantart.com and get some different brushes. If you need further help, my xfire is: xxcrossfir3xx
