For people who doesnt know about the microsoft loopback adapter, is actually like a bounce ball thats why they call it a loopback, cuz it makes an OWN IP static address and for mu online server creation it lets u have ur own LOCAL Ip for testing purposes only. when ur going to test ur mu server u use this method and u can "play" offline literarly lol :P but singleplayer and thats what is a loopback adapter, shifdragon: "...and this looks useless" is actually very very helpful when you are going to test your server for glitches, stats, experience, bugs, etc etc. :) so keep it up !bye bye hope ya all got a lil knowledge there

It is not more easy to set 127.0.0.1 ip in your files instead of doing loopback, if you want to test them local?
