Open task manager and close any un userd software. Also would be good to optimize your pc as well. This way using less memory while gaming, you should really update youe ram or graphics if your lagging in soldier front.

1. Buy a whole new computer
2. Upgrade your RAM /Gfx card ect.
3. Delete every software you don't use anymore.
4. Close the prcoess you don't need to run
5. Just quit soldier front.

Um there are some simple solutions go to Google (http://google.com) and search "tune up my pc" and find a trusted one and download. Also open up task manager click process and end EVERY process witch you do not need. Try cleaning your recycling bin and delete your "Cookies" , "History" , "Temporary internet files" .
If none of the above helped the thing that helped me the most was a program called Game Booster (http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html#) it is trusted it has no viruses (http://www.viruschief.com/report.html?report_id=246cf87b5e68c3a16ce23f21fcaf da860678715d) what it does is end all process you do not need and stop all unneeded thing on your pc like printer drivers it is safe , it works by having a Game Mode when you go in that it stop's all of the stuff and does a quick defrag , and before you can close Game Booster you have to go back to normal mode witch restarts all of the process and drivers.
