This was made in 2005 however both 08 and 05 use VB.Net and have very few differences. Plus this forum gets more attention and it took me a while to make this program so I want to make sure it is shared.
I made this minesweeper program to look a lot like the original and it has nearly every function. I even added a "Edit Colors" option on the menu so that you can customize the colors of the buttons, form color, and other cool things.
It will save your color scheme using a special thing called My.Settings, so it will save if you play at school. The highscores are stored in the registry though, so if you do not have admin rights your highscores will not be saved, and the program may crash if you try to save them, not a serious crash, but it will freeze because it is trying to write to the registry when your account won't let you.

Also, if you make a custom game you can make the tiles as wide and as long as your screen will allow killa. In the original Microsoft version, you were limited to somewhere around 30x30 or something. In mine you can do 50x50 if you have a high resolution (it will take a while to load though).
