I made a Connect4 Game in VB8
It has completely original coding no tut's or anything
I think it's the first ever connect 4 made in visual basic

From now on, i quit playing FPS's and all that overpowered graphiked z0mgz00rzz dumb games. From now on, Connect Four, 4 ever.

it did take a while to perfect it and get the dropping system right, im currently working on the score system so it will tell you when you've won, with a score keeper lol i'll release it as soon as it's done

Now thats not fair, not to put you down but mines a bit better and it came before yours.
(has animated drops, looks like the real game, detects wins)

But I will encourage you to do the wins for yours, there are thousands of ways to win though so don't even think about programming code for each one, remember to use variables to loop through and detect wins.
PS: You should get rid of the Skip Turn button, it defeats the purpose of the game as most situations involve forcing the other player to go in a spot that will set you up, you are not allowed to skip in actual Connect Four.

VB 8 is the same as 2005. Only differences are a few new commands and controls, such as the movie control from making Flash Trainers.

Thanks, but it only took me about an hour to make the case wins. You don't check for every possible win or your program would take 10 solid minutes to check for a win in between every turn, you learn how to use loops to check for vertical, horizontal, and diagonal so all you have to do is right 3 win checks and set up variable loops for the rest. Still kind of hard.
