It is detected...because PB detects something in WarRock and it kicks you...so you need to detour your d3d hack

why wont they kick him for 1440 min?

Because punkbuster can't see it really ... he see that something is other in warrock but not 100% sure that it is a hack ;)
You can get kick for some processes too in warrock Example :
Visual basic 6 in background running ;)
But i am not really sure maybe punkbuster is to stupid and give us chances ;)

The code is in Cobra's D3D tutorial. If you follow the steps yours should work fine.
