i belive its called RocketDock (atleast that what its called in the vista theme for xp)

There a couple programs that'll give you the dock (thing on top)

1.xWindowsdock
2.RocketDock
3.RKLauncher
4.Objectdock

just google them

this is the dell dock. it comes standard with any dell computer vista home premium and higher. You can down load it where everyone above said. However, I dont like the ones above i just like the dell dock version.
