i know there is sig shops or place's to get sigs but i was wondering if i can put a userbar thing here i can make any userbar u want all i need is a pic the back round you need the color and sence it's a user bar u can only pick a small ammount of space of the pic or i can scrowl the picture up and down ill psot some exaples later i just want to know if am allowed to do this?
