[QUESTION] Whats a C4D & Where to start

Can anyone explain this to me please. I want to start doing GFX and crap. I have no clue where to start. Any tips/hints are welcome thank you.

Well I'd help with things like program, fonts, graphics, etc.

And I know the perfect things for it

I just don't want to be warned for like advertising

EDIT: Oh, a C4D? I never knew the exact definition for it but I would say it's like a design used to overlay or put in the background of a picture for an effect and stuff

Just search C4D in like PhotoBucket or ImageShack and you should get some
